1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MagenPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to transact in your jurisdiction. Merchants must complete onboarding and KYC where applicable.
3. Service description
MagenPay provides crypto payment gateway services across multiple blockchain networks (BEP20, TRC20, ERC20). We do not custody funds beyond what is required for settlement.
4. Fees
Fees are described on the pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
5. Prohibited use
No illegal goods, fraud, money laundering, or sanctioned-party transactions. Violations result in termination.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagenPay's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
